The sign on the front of the Main Street Bed and Breakfast warmly welcomes, “Enter as
Strangers, Leave as Friends”, which expresses more truth than originality because owner Pam Corrado personally unlocks the doors to greet evening arrivals and makes breakfast. Dreams of relaxing in a claw-foot bathtub come true in this 8-room inn where neighbors’ paths cross. The bathrooms include lovely, little, blue bars of soap and a bag of bath salts local to Kutztown. This inn looks quaint and stays quiet, feels as cozy as a blanket on a rainy night, and smells clean like the linens at mom’s house. One leaves with just enough guilt for actually using the towels! Bragging at the breakfast table binds new friends in pride for taking the perfect honeymoon or getaway vacation.
